Why do I need to sue DocuSign in order to get an envelope history that I am a part of and my signature was used fraudulently?

Why is CS and  legal so evasive?

Doesn’t anyone know that not honoring the TOU agreement and production of documents will be a complaint filed with the FTC, SEC and consumer protection regulators?

I have been trying to reject all contracts made using DocuSign because of their lack of compliance with TOU(If you are part of the document and a signature is contested, I am entitled to the envelope history)

I will be including DocuSign as the facilitator in a fraudulent transaction and requesting a subpoena that DocuSign must comply anyway and now will be asked to pay legal fees and potential sanctions and any judgement sent to the proper regulatory agencies.

Hello @ilyteu2

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I understand you need to obtain the envelope history from a document where your signature was used fraudulently. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

If you can access the envelope in question, the download icon will provide you with three options. One allows you to download the Certificate of Completion (CoC).

However, if you cannot access this, we are sorry to let you know that we cannot provide this information to you directly. We are a cloud service provider of Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) solutions, which makes us a neutral third party to any transaction processed through the platform. Our confidentiality obligations prevent us from providing information to third parties without proper legal process. If you dispute that you are a party to a transaction, you should attempt to obtain the relevant information directly from the Docusign account holder or through a legal process, such as a subpoena. Please review our docusign.com/legal/law-enforcement page for information on how to submit a request for data or information.

Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you!

Sincerely,

I am a party to the DocuSign document and a signer of  a CA, real estate purchase agreement. My lawyer is in the process of filing a civil complaint and I want him to include as a defendant DocuSign for volition my authority given to me by DocuSign to access accurate information on the forgery. I will be suing for fees and requesting a judgement against DocuSign to be used to file a complaint to the  DocuSign oversight regulators as a defrauded consumer.

The realtor was the DocuSign account holder and is the perpetrator of the forgery . I was locked out of the Envelope by the realtor.

However, DocuSign makes it clear, if you are a party to the document and  suspect fraud, you can request an “ Envelope History”
CS and Doc. Legal have denied me access. This must be  made public that DocuSign is not a secure platform and can be manipulated by  bad actors.
