When I first started using DocuSign a month ago the formatting options where present, but they've disappeared! Am I doing something wrong - or is this a glitch? Screenshot attached. Many thanks.

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.
This behavior is usually related to a document with a large resolution.
In my experience, the origin of the issue tends to be a configuration error the moment the document is generated or scanned.
As a solution, I would suggest flattening or printing the document to PDF, in order to reformat its sizing.
