I am creating templates that will have multiple pricing options for the customer to Approve or Decline various scopes.  I was asked if I can get a total.  I can….but then the question is if a customer declines or approves the total wouldn’t be accurate, if declining one scope.

How do I setup the form?  There may be a better way to put this together but below is an easy example with 2 items from the customer side.

Hi there , so it would appear that you are looking for this solution :

So you would need to have the dropdown with the Approve and Decline options but update the values of Approve to 1 and Decline to 0.  Then using the formula box you can then build this to multiply the dropdown value to the value of the item and then a final formula to total the boxes.

Also look at using an additional tool to collect the payment online with the payments integration so you get the customer to build the quote and pay for it!

Hello @Amalnory,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that want to create a formula that when an amount is declined it does not count toward the total formula.

To confirm, is the Dropdown link with a Conditional Logic Rule to the text field that shows the amount?

Please see Conditional Fields.
