Template creation access

Have you contacted the third-party provider?

Is the account linked to the same email that you opened this community user?

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. The issue was a reduced function licence provided by the third party.

Hi,

I have a similar problem, however in this case I am an administrator and I want to give access to create a template to another employee. How can I give them such access? I looked in the settings, but could not find what I was looking for.

You need to a new Permission profile with the ability to create Templates.  I recommend you create a Copy of the DS Sender and the appropriate level of Template access.  Once that is done. you can add users to this profile.
