 I have a document  that needs to be signed to either  confirm acceptance of terms or  signed to confirm their refusal of terms.
I have added the sign  action arrow to both the acceptance and the decline option.
If both options are tagged with the Sign action will DocuSign allow for the person to only sign one option?
 I am concerned that DocuSign will want both spaces to be signed and will give an error message if one isn't.
Please advise what you think is best. Many thanks.

@DP5434

When adding fields in Docusign eSignature, you can specify whether they are required or optional.

Assigning both signature fields as optional may result in the recipient not signing any of them.

You might want to add some logic to the envelope to make one signature field required. For example, you could set it up so that the recipient selects either 'Acceptance of Terms' or 'Refusal of Terms' from a dropdown menu, which will then conditionally display the appropriate signature field, marking it as required.
