Welcome to the Docusign Community!

To search using an envelopeID, go to the Manage page then select your inbox, on the top right you’ll see a Search box and filters, click in the Search box and type the EnvelopeID, use filters to select what you want.

You can run an Envelope report under Reports. It’s possible to customize the report including the EnvelopeID as a column. After running the report you can download the results in a .CSV file.

@Petra Kuhn - You can also try this trick https://apps.docusign.com/send/documents/details/XXXXXXX where XXXXXX is the Envelope ID.

As an Admin, I am looking for documents sent by other users. I have access to the envelope ID. Can I search by envelope ID if the document was sent by another user?

Do you know who sent the envelope? Or are you trying to find who sent the envelope? Have you tried to Create a Custom Report?

Unfortunately, I don’t know who sent the envelope. I have a list of hundreds of envelope ids I need to look up and trying to find an easy way to do so. 

Any helpful tips?
