I am trying to search for envelopes more than 6 months old. The date filter drop down box does not show the Apply button as the other filters offer. I am unable to utilize the 12 month option.
Sometimes the Search does not work for the name requested even at 6 months.

I’m sorry to hear about the unfortunate events while looking for old envelopes.
Does this happen if you try different browsers? Can you try to clear your cookies and cache?
