Is there a limited number of times you can re-send an envelope? I have some people I send an envelope to, and sometimes it takes a long time for them to respond, so I re-send it weekly until they respond, but I feel like after a certain time, they may not be getting it anymore. Is there a time period or a number of times that are limited in the system?

To my knowledge there’s no limit and if there was one, it would be very high.

If you notice that recipients are not responding despite multiple reminders, it might be helpful to reach out to them via alternative communication methods to confirm receipt and the importance of completing the document. You might also want to check if the recipient’s email address is correct and if they are aware of the document’s significance.
Thank you both for your response. I had a person say they weren’t getting a document and I had to re-send it, but they said they still weren’t seeing it, so I wasn’t sure if there was an issue on the Docusign side. Your responses confirmed my initial thought that the issue was on the recipient’s side.
