@sofian_solusign is correct. You can resend multiple times to remind recipients to complete the signing process. There is not a limit until the envelope is voided or declined by one of the recipients. While there isn't a hard limit on the number of times you can resend an envelope, resending too frequently might cause the email to be flagged as spam by the recipient's email provider. Sending reminders weekly, as you are doing, is generally a reasonable frequency. You might want to have the system do it for you by setting the auto-reminders.
If you notice that recipients are not responding despite multiple reminders, it might be helpful to reach out to them via alternative communication methods to confirm receipt and the importance of completing the document. You might also want to check if the recipient’s email address is correct and if they are aware of the document’s significance.
