I have a requirement where the user was earlier created for an account but no longer uses that account and after few months they have raised another request to add their user id for eSign for a different account. But when the user tried to login it was showing up from the old account where I am not able to see any options to remove from the old account and add into new account. I have searched and found the below thread link where it was mentioned to close the user from old account and then create it in the new account. I have perfomed the same, but I want to remove the user from the old account completely as I am still able to see the user status as closed in the old account as it is the default account. It showing option to re-activate as well.

My ask here is whether we can remove the user completely from the old account or unlink from the old account.
