Are you using only that signing option as in the picture, “DS Sign”, or also using any other recipient with a different option, if so, perhaps you need to fulfill any missing information.

Thank you for your response.
So the feedback i have received from staff is that the error shows up when they click ‘Advanced Edit’ as they need to add various documents to the envelope before sending it to the customer. It seems as though we only have the error on the Sign Up templates, all the others are ok.
We have previously tried the troubleshooting options and these haven't made a difference.

Try to copy one of the templates showing that issue then test if in the copy the same erros occurs, if so, in this copied template, try to use the Advanced Edit, eliminate one recipient and try again, eliminate one recipient at time, try again until find out if there is a specific recipient causing the issue.
