In my company only a limited number of personel has a Docu Sign account. These people send the  documents to all coworkers who need to sign.

Is it possible that they can send documents without actually seeing the document (because it contains private data of a colleague)? e.g. by giving the corresponding group leader the right to send the document

@KoelschA

The owner of a document, typically the sender, is always able to see the document. Someone needs to upload the document to Docusign eSignature, unless you have an API integration without human interaction. Even then you need to specify a sender in Docusign eSignature, who will be the owner of the document and can see the content.

In your case it sounds like the corresponding group leader or someone from HR should upload and send the documents from his Docusign account so it is not handled by the limited number of statt with an account, who should not be able to interact with the documents due to the private data in the documents.
