Podcast Guest Release Template - How Do I Share This With Others In My Team

Question

We have a podcast guest release form we want our guests to sign so that it confirms they give us permission to use their identity and to promote them in an episode of our podcast.

I want to share this with my co-host so that we can both issue release forms for guests to sign via Docusign.

What’s the best way to do this? We are having trouble making that work.
