Why is the stamp vanishing when we are trying to upload a 'scanned stamped' document into Docusign and how to solve this issue? The document gets uploaded but the stamp vanishes---please help resolve

I’m sorry to hear that the scanned document is giving issue when uploading to DocuSign, I understand that the stamp disappears.

 

Once you have scanned your document, can you try flatten it by printing to a new PDF?: How to resolve a document upload error by printing the document to a new PDF
