Please help: Stamp vanishes when uploading 'physically stamped scanned' document into Docusign

Question

Why is the stamp vanishing when we are trying to upload a 'scanned stamped' document into Docusign and how to solve this issue? The document gets uploaded but the stamp vanishes---please help resolve
