Paid but Suspended: 2 Seats, 70 Euros, and Zero Support!

I can not edit my payments settings

It says my account has been suspended (but we purchased two seats and paid around 70 euros)

 

I can not even cancel my suscripción!

 

I’m paying but it says I can not contact support because I have no subscription!
