I Need some support I am trying to e-sign a word document , from multiple People inside and outside my organization via an envelope. however I would like to keep the output document still in the word. Is that possible. Another workaround is that you can't output to word can the pdf the output as a PDF that allows you to click on embedded files as well as expand collapsible sections, that were in the original word doc
Unfortunately, DocuSign does not support keeping the signed output in Word format. DocuSign converts documents into PDF format when they are sent for signature. Once signed, the document is finalized as a PDF, and Word document features (like collapsible sections or embedded files) are not preserved in their native state.
Instead of embedding files directly into the Word document, you can consider using hyperlinks to external files hosted on a secure server or cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
