Notification with only certain info

I am building new hire document, hiring manager would send it to the employee, is there anyway once the document is completed a notification is sent to a 3rd party (IT for example) that only contains name/email/phone number of the signer and not other documents that they signed? . Basically I am looking to avoid having a person email IT to get their credentials set up in the system and instead have it automated notification.

Document visibility feature in DocuSign should work in this instance as long as you split the documents.  I would first check to see if your DocuSign Account has this feature.  Document visibility can be turned on for the envelope and two separate documents added, the first would have the basic new Hire data such as Name, email, phone.  A second added document would contain the portion with the Signature for the new Hire.  You then add a “Receives a Copy” for your 3rd Party, then set Document visibility so the 3rd party sees the 1st document but not the 2nd document.

Here is an article to check on account features and that provides some options to read more on the topic.

Thank you! This is exactly what I need. But my account type isn’t corporate/enterprise therefore I don’t have access to that feature! Is there any other potential work around?

Another option is look at using the other connectors so that data can get pushed to a spreadsheet that is available.

You could also look at tools like Zapier and Tray to extract data and push to other systems but these would cost extra depending on the usage.
