Hi,

Last May, I have received a document to my email and signed the same. However today, when I try to login with that email docusign said I don’t have any account with that email address. So I created a free account with that emai and logged in. But I could not see any documents in that login. How to get my signed document?

the envelope received before regiester account is not keep. it only keep the envelope receive after register.

@esolutions

Did you have an account with that email when you received the email to sign last May? If you did not have an account (but simply followed the link and signed) then I believe the only way to get to the document is to follow the link on the original email (and request a new link if the old one has expired). Once you get to the document, you could download a copy for your records.

If you did have an account last May - and then created a new account with the same email...you may need to contact support and have the accounts merged.

good luck

I did not have an account during May and when I click on the original link it says it is expired.Providing me a login or signup option. But now when I login (newly created account with the same email), I do not see anything. I can not get the new link from the originator as well. So, I think I am stranded.

@esolutions

Sorry - I think you are stranded too… Your new account isn’t associated with documents sent before it was created.

There wasn’t anything mentioning ‘send new link’ when you tried using the email? I thought there was a way into documents via the original email (even if it had expired).

@mr1 We open case with support team and confirm whether can merge envelopes from receiver account, they told don't have options to merge:

To provide you an answer to your question, We don't have options to merge an envelope from one account to another. As an alternative resolution, if you have the completed copy from the recipient account you can just download it and save it for future purposes.

Please let me know if you have additional questions and concerns. We will be more than happy to assist you.
