Hi folks,

 

I just restarted my pro plan and would like the strikethrough feature back. I was trying to open a new case for the strikethrough feature to be back but never succeed to open a new case now. There is no longer a button called “New Case” or “Open a case” on my cases page. 

 

Can anyone help?
