I think your only option might be through the Signing Resource XML. There are data nodes for DocuSign_SigningAllowDownload, DocuSign_SigningAllowPrint, DocuSignComplete_AllowPrint, DocuSign_SigningAllowPrint_tablet, DocuSignComplete_AllowDownload. All of these have default value = true. If you update to value = false in the XML, that should suppress those from being shown to the recipients.
