New Paid User - Cannot Create Support Case

I’m a new docusign paid user and when I tried to raise a support ticket to get this option “Enable including the Envelope ID on the document” enabled, I’m facing this error saying my plan doesnt support opening cases. Not sure what is wrong?

We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience the message has caused but I'd be more than happy to assist you with your concerns.

I see that you have just created your account. The message may have appeared because it has not fully synced with the system. Can you please try again later to confirm that you can now submit a Support Case?

 

As for including the Envelope ID on your Document, kindly check your Admin Tab and look for Sending Settings on the left-hand side. 

Kindly look if you are able to see the option "Enable including the Envelope ID on the document".
