Need to provide more direction to singer after Adopt and Sign

We have encountered situations where a signer clicks Adopt and Sign, and believes the process is complete. But the agent is still waiting for email confirmation of Complete status. This is because a signer has not yet clicked Finish to send the document. So how do we provide more direction to the signer in cases like this?
