I need to delete my husbands signature.. I went into the account and deleted it but when I try and sign the document it appears...!!

Help... !! I need to get this document signed..

This may be an issue with the Sending portion of the envelope. Do you and your husband share the same email address? If so did the Sender specify the same "Name" for both Recipient 1 and Recipient 2 (you and husband) if so then the document may be expecting his Signature in both places. I would contact the Sender to determine how they sent the envelope and what was filled into the Name and Email Address for both Recipients. There is a DocuSign article on sending to two individuals with the same email address....

Ahh... thank you David.. yes they sent it to my email with his name but the document is actually for me not him..


The Sender should be able to "correct" the envelope Recipient information to fix that issue.
