My documents require a Date field (DD/MM/YYYY) for the signature line. They also require a seperate field for Date & Time.
Is there an easy way to do this?

Do you want the user to fill in the date or do you want DocuSign to fill in the date when the signer completes signing?
If you want the user to fill in the date field, then select the text box, expand the Validation section, and set a date mask for it.
If you want DocuSign to fill in the date field, in your admin console, on the Signing Settings page, in the Document Formatting section, you can choose the date and time format for a date signed tag. Your account can be set to only format. If you need to have two different formats for dates AND you want DocuSign to fill in the date, then you might consider using formula fields and date functions to extract parts of the date and then reassemble those parts in the format you prefer.
