¿Is it possible to have more than one owner on an envelope so that multiple individuals can track it?

No, there is only one envelope owner in Docusign eSignature.

In order for others to track the envelopes, you can

set up shared access to envelopes
add them as a cc recipient
set up custody transfer rules

@antonio.romano Only one Owner per envelope, but your DocuSign Admin can setup Shared Access between User envelopes. Here is a DocuSign article that provides more information…
