Making changes to a signed Docusign contract

Hi,

I recently signed a DocuSign document which was then signed by the other counterparty. However, later I realized that I had entered incorrect information in one of the fields. I understand that once a document has been signed, it cannot be changed or voided. What are my options at this point? I can request the document again and re-sign it with the correct information but how do I void the previously signed document?

To void an envelope, go to the MANAGE tab, go to your Sent folder, click on the envelope you want to void, open the MORE menu, and select Void.
