Hallo, I need to recover some documents I deleted in 2016 from my actual account. Are they permanently deleted or is there a chance to retrieve them? Thank you very much for your help.

Did some quick research - apparently you only have 24 hours from deletion to recover the envelope. (https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-delete-documents) Delete Documents . So unfortunately it looks like they're gone for good. Sorry

Depends on the settings on your account. If the document has been (https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-purge-envelopes) PURGED then it can't be recovered. If the envelope was simply declined or deleted but not purged than it may still reside in your account and could be recovered. Information on who signed what when and where (the certificate of completion) is retained indefinitely regardless of everythign else.

Dear, the documents I need to retrieve haven't been purged: I just deleted them, but I don't know How to recover. It's quite strange nobody explains How To do...Anyway, thank you for your kind reply.
