We are sending documents to multiple client households and are trying to use bulk sends. We need multiple fields to be populated with data points specific to each household filled in the document before any of the signers receive their link. We have found that making the first signer the owner works in instances where there is only one initial signer, but we would like to be able to send the documents to two signers concurrently and still have all of the household data filled in.
Our tests show that leaving the first listed signer as the owner of the fields will result in the fields only being populated when that signer opens the document. If the second signer opens it first, all of the fields will be blank. We don't want the second signer to sign a "blank" document just because they opened their link first. We also don't want the process to be delayed if the initial signer takes awhile to sign, hence the desire to make this concurrent. And as these are unique fields to each household, we need the data points to be included in the upload csv file.
Is this possible to get DocuSign to fill these within the bulk send so everyone sees it regardless of who opens it first or do we need to just keep the order set with the first signer always signing before anyone else?
Thanks.
