I appreciate you sharing your concern. You can use the same email for 2 recipients under the following circumstances:
*Each recipient has been assigned a different name.
*Each recipient has been assigned a different position in the signing order.

I was able to do this for the past several years, but now it only lets the first signer's signature be used on both signers lines. It has happened the last 2 times I've tried using the same email for two signers and I've doubled checked the names and signing orders. Something is glitching and I am not able to reach customer service.
