Hello Everyone,

I have one more question you know when you send and envelope normally recipient receives and email that says in the subject for example "Pedro via DocuSign" in this case the subject has two elemts "Sender´s Name via DocuSign".

There is any way to change this?. For example instead of receive email with name "Pedro Via DocuSign" receives an emmail that says "IDB Group via DocuSign" without change my name in my profile, just change the subject in the email.

Will apreciate very much your help

Regards

Let me start by saying I have never modified the XML Resource file as presented in the article I have included but I have read several past posts that denoted this is the only way of changing information on the outbound Recipient email.  I suggest testing thoroughly in a Sandbox if possible.  Here is the document I found....https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/docusign-signing-resource-file-v1-1

I suggest also searching for "XML Resource" in Community and DocuSign Support for more information.

Hello,Thank you for posting to the DocuSign Community.

You can change sender information included in the notification emails by editing the (https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/docusign-email-resource-file-v1-1) Email Resource File , as suggested by David. However, this will be an account wide change and apply to all Envelopes sent by any User on the account. Another possibility is to use an (https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-admin-guide-custody-transfer) Envelope Custody Transfer Rule , which will change ownership of the Envelope to another User on the account and list the name of the new owner as the sender. While similar to the above option, you may also create new User with the appropriate sender name and send the Envelopes out from this User account. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.

Kind Regards,
