I am creating a template for our Service Agreement that requires a signature.

We have 2 additional standard documents (FAQ and T&C) that we wish to include with every agreement, these do not require signatures or any input other than simply viewing them.

Is there a way to apply the template in a way that the user only has to upload the Service Agreement and the other 2 standard documents are automatically attached?

Or do they need to manually attach these documents each time?

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

You could create templates that contain the needed documents and have your users use them, however, if the document is going to be changing, it is not very recommended as you would need to apply the template and unless the document that they need to upload also contains those documents, it won’t apply them.

I recommend creating a template with those needed documents so that users can add when uploading their documents so that they don’t need to manually attach them from their computer files but from the Docusign templates, I hope that makes sense: Add a Template to an Envelope
