If I delete a Template, will it impact envelopes in progress?

I'm 99% sure there is no impact on open envelopes if I delete the template they used, but I want to be 100% sure before I take care of this. Thanks.

I actually tested this in the past and deleting or altering a Template that was previously used for an envelope(s) has no impact on those envelopes already sent to Recipients. Envelopes are self contained and do not refer back to the original Template they were created from.
