I understand you would like to change your email.

This can be possible by changing the email on the account and by going to:

  1. Manage Profile
  2. Under "My Profile" select Update next to Email Address: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=jux1643235969954&topicId=sdb1578456444133.html&_LANG=enus
  3. A code will be sent to your email that can be used to verify it.
