I used to have an efax number in my Inbox details, but now it only shows a n inbox email address. How do I get the eFax set back up

Thank you for reaching out to the DocuSign Community.

Back on February 1, 2022, DocuSign removed all of the fax features from the user interface due to low usage.

I'm afraid that the option cannot be re-enabled, instead, we recommend emailing documents to and from DocuSign Rooms as a replacement for fax. When emailing documents to the application, you can send attachments to your inbox or directly to a room.

 If you believe that you need further assistance, or require the assistance of a live agent, you can always create a Support Case to have a Support agent work with you.

If you are not able to open a Customer Support case via the above link, you can scroll down to More Support Options and select “I can't reset my password or don't have an account.” you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
