I am new to docusign, but have used computers and software for over 30 years. I did not find an answer to this in the self help community.
My employer has assigned me a responsibility position, I manage one of our laboratories. That basically means I keep paperwork, and answer questions about what goes on in the lab. Part of this is signature sheets, to authorize certain people to use the lab, and to use certain instruments in the room. It’s a well organized record keeping that we do.
However, each week I get emails, sometimes multiple emails from docusign for completed (or incomplete) signature sheets. I have downloaded all completed sheets weeks ago, and I even have one blank form that I cancelled 3 months ago and deleted, that I asked nobody to sign yet I am alerted that it needs attention from time to time. The number of emails is increasing with time because we are getting more instruments and more users. I may need a secretary to work part time just to investigate these emails which many are expired or have already been dealt with.
I did not find any unsigned documents within my profile/account, nor did I find any forms that need attention. Yet when I get the emails, they pop right up when I click on the button. This is becoming super annoying because I cannot ignore them. Other labs and other parts of the building also use docusign and sometimes It is not me keeping paperwork, it is someone else.
In what part of the settings can I make this stop? Or, (in my opinion, more likely) is there a glitch? Or (another possibility) it is within my company’s account settings and I need to discuss with someone on my end?
