Hiya~

DocuSign keeps telling me that:

  • I am signed up for the largest plan I can sign up for
  • I am about to be out of contracts.

Is this a catch-22?

They promised to call me over a week ago, but they haven’t.

They keep asking me if I want to keep the case open, but they’re not helping.

Can anyone help?

I am an LLC, and it is just me, the entire company.

Thanks~

Dianne

Hi Alejandro~

Well, yours is the ONLY answer, which doesn’t make it the best. What I have found is that neither you, or DocuSign, or the community have a satisfactory answer, so, no, there has not been a best answer, a satisfactory answer, or even a helpful answer.

So I will not be liking any of your repeat answers, or selecting one of them as the best.

Honestly, the customer service, especially as I am paying for the most expensive plan, is non-existent, except for when it chooses to be purposefully obtuse, as it has chosen to be with regard to my question.

Dianne
