I cant open the link I received to review and sign the document

Hello Everyone, 

I received a link through my email but when clicking on it to sign it in DocuSign this message displayed. I am using the same account on the email ( I only have one account on DocuSign) any thoughts on what should I do?

There are two main reasons for that error and solutions.
