We have a signatue field that has a defined length and we would like to make that text wrap when it reaches the end of the field instead of overlapping on the next field. Is this something that is possible? Thank you,

I understand you are looking to word wrap a field and you mention that it would be a Signature field?
Signature fields can only be scaled to the size needed, if the signer signature is very long, I’m sad to say there isn’t a way to word wrap it: Set the Scale Percentage of a Signature or Initials Field
Other fields can be fixed for them to automatically word wrap: About field resizing
