How to reset an email that has already been used

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to reset an accounts email as I have used my work email to create an account but the email won’t let me in through the company portal because there was an option I selected which I needed to skip in order to get access. I would like to begin the set-up process again and want to know whether I will be able to use the same email?
