I’m creating a template for a team that needs to send a document requiring initials and signatures from patients. After the patients sign, the sender or one of three people from a signing group needs to also initial and sign.
Is there a way to setup this scenario so that a sender is automatically included as a recipient with the option to sign, or do I need to make separate templates for each possible sender?
As of now, I’ve only been able to add the signing group to the template with fields for initials and signing (blue fields). If the sender creates an envelope and add themself as a recipient, it only gives the option to create another recipient (purple) that isn’t connected to those same fields.
Example of what I actually want:
- Tyr creates envelope from a template to send to a patient.
- The patient signs
- The envelope will then require either Tyr or the group (Raj, Mabel and Lola) to sign.
- Lola signs. Envelope complete.
