How to make sender and 3 other team members as signers

I understand that you want to create a template that includes recipients who are patients, and that either the sender or one of three individuals from a signing group must also initial and sign. However, when the sender is added as a separate recipient in the envelope, they do not connect to the same fields as those in the signing group. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and rest assured I will make efforts to help.

When the sender is designated as a separate recipient, they will not be automatically linked to the same fields as the signing group. Instead, they will be assigned uniquely color-coded fields. We have a process known as Conditional Routing; however, similar to the Signing Group, they will belong to one group and you will need to establish rules to direct the envelope to one of the individuals in each group as necessary, (based on the values input by signers or other conditions defined within the envelope) Article: Introduction to Conditional Routing. Therefore, this may not be suitable for your situation. At present, there is no process in place that allows either of the two separate recipients to sign the documents based on who signs first. The most effective and straightforward solution for your scenario would be to create a new Signing group that includes the sender of the envelope. Thank you for answering. There are only 9 potential senders, so creating signing groups for each one that include the three backup people might be the easiest way to do this. My only concern was having to do that process and create unique templates every time there is a new person or change all of the templates anytime the document is updated, so I was hoping for a less hands-on approach. This will have to do for now.
