Hello,

right now I noticed my powerform only get the form questions of recipients before beginning signing, and these information is getting pushed to the generated envelope. Is there a way to add more form field to get these printed as well automatically at the correct placeholders they've been put? Instead of having the recipient completing this at the step 2 when envelope opens?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community. 

I’m sad to say that the information that is being requeted on the Signers information page for a PowerForm can not be changed in the way you are looking to do. The only information that is requested is usually the first signer’s infomation and any other signer after them. You can not add more fields to it but you can change the wording using Signer Resource Files: Resource Files

Another option that allows you to push more information other than name and email is Web Forms: Welcome to Web Forms
