One of our recurring signers has a new email address. How do we update? (The resource in the DocuSign library on this subject is not opening). TIA

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

If you are trying to change the address in your address book I am going to attach the guide to this post please see page 30.

If you are trying to change the email in an envelope you will need to select the "Correct" option in the envelope details in your DocuSign account.

You can create a case at https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport and a Support agent will contact you, If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
