The easiest way to embed a DocuSign envelope in a website would be our PowerForm feature.
You can create your PowerForm based on an existing DocuSign template, and, once it has been created you can follow the steps provided in the guide below:

It is important to note that only certain plans will have access to the settings mentioned in the guide above. If your account lacks access to PowerForms, and you are interested in getting more details on the financial implications of adding the feature to your contract, please don't hesitate in creating a support case and your request will be addressed by the concerned team as soon as possible:

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
