How do I change the placement of the documentation stamp on a document from the top left corner to the top right corner, or bottom left or bottom right?

I understand you would like to adjust the Envelope ID on your envelopes.

Yes, it is very possible. To edit the Envelope ID placement, you would need your account admin to go to:

  1. Settings
  2. Sending Settings
  3. Select "Enable including the Envelope ID on the document" and unselect "Include Envelope ID by default": https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=xgg1583277350154.html&_LANG=enus
  4. Save

Well, the "Enable including the Envelope ID on the document" is not selectable on my account for some reason. It shows there, but it's shaded and I can't understand how to make it selectable. I can't even figure out which version of Docusign I have. When I click on my account info in the top right corner, it does not say CLM or anything similar. I'm about to pull my hair out! LOL

If the option is grayed out then it might not be editable with the plan type you currently have, please have the admin on your account (in case that is not you) reach out to Customer Support by creating a case and request the option to be toggled for you if applicable: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport 

If you cannot open a Customer Support case via the above link, you can scroll down the page to “More Support Options” and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." You will have different options to contact Support.

Regarding your plan type, this can be viewed by going to:

  1. Settings
  2. Pan and Billing
