Hide Sender name in ERSD popup window

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

Hello everyone,

Our Docusign account is enabled with Legal Disclosure, so the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure (ERSD) is shown to each new recipient who is going to sign or add other information. In this window, there is at the top Sender Name followed by the account name, as in the following screenshot :

I am looking for a way to remove/hide the Account name, #2 in my above screenshot. I did look at the Legal Disclosure page on Admin account settings, but there is no option to hide that text in this window. Does anybody know if this text can be hidden from the Signing Resource Files? If so, what is the field name?

Thanks

Hello @aalamour1981,

Thank you for your response. To check further and to provide you accurate resolution, I highly recommend for you to create a support case and have a screen share session.

Please create a case so that DocuSign support can review your account. The workaround is to submit a case without logging into your account by using the “I can’t access my account” option at the bottom of the page and providing complete details of the issue in the Case description.

@Ma.Cubio

Hello Ma.Cubio, Sorry for the late response. I have already edited the resource files, but didn’t see any option to edit/hide that text in the ERSD welcome message. The only option that I found is removing the whole line ‘Message from...’ by setting ‘True’ to the data field ‘DocuSign_HideIntroductionSender’ in the Default Signing resource file as follows:

<data name="DocuSign_HideIntroductionSender">true</data>

Could you please let me know if there is another option to hide only that field after the text ‘ Message From’ in my attached screenshot,  not the whole line?

Thanks
