Hi, I am new to DocuSign. From the home page, I do not seem to have the "start" "send an envelope" selection anywhere so I am not able to move forward. Is there something else I need to do? Thank You! Theresa Kamberalis

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you do not see the Start button.

If you don’t have the option to send an envelope, it could be due to several reasons:

• The DocuSign Admin at your company did not add and/or changed the permission to send documents to your User Profile. If that’s the case, you’ll need to contact the DocuSign Admin to get your user permissions updated.  

• You’re logged into the wrong account. Please confirm that you are logging into the correct account with the proper email address and password. 

• Some accounts are configured for users to utilize templates to send envelopes. If that’s the case, you will need to contact the DocuSign Admin at your company to review your User Profile settings.

Thank you so much for your quick response. Turns out I do not have the required access to 'send and envelope'. I went through Request Manager to get that access. I'm going to try it again.
