I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you are receiving the Authentication Error "The login information provided does not match the account for this envelope. Please try again and log in with the same email address where you received this envelope." while trying to sign an envelope.
If you are the recipient, if you do not have another DocuSign account and you already tried clearing the cookies and the cache and/or a different browser and you get the same result, you will need to contact the sender of the envelope because the envelope was routed to the wrong account.
