It will work but is not recommended because of the issues with sharing the same password and not being able to identify who sent each envelope.
I think that one of your users may have created a different account with the same email address or changed the password. You could try (https://support.docusign.com/articles/How-do-I-reset-my-password) resetting the password your self, log out, and log back in. If you are still prompted to create a new password, please (https://support.docusign.com/login?from=/createCase) Contact Support so we can take a closer look at your account(s)
1. I would recommend that you have an Account Seat for each Sender to avoid login issues and communicate the " IT Planning department" in the (https://support.docusign.com/guides/ndse-user-guide-add-messages) Envelope Message . If interested, an Admin on your Account can add a user to your Account. Learn more in our (https://support.docusign.com/guides/cdse-admin-guide-add-new-user) Guide 2. There is also a more custom feature for your use case. The Send On Behalf Of functionality permits automated sending through the DocuSign API by an integrated sender on behalf of another sender. The Send On Behalf Of functionality is only available to Enterprise level accounts that use the DocuSign API to send envelopes. We advise having a developer for ongoing implementation and adoption. I understand the concern about a single account for multiple users. I have expressed the same concerns but they insist this is how they want to use the service.
