Hi community,

I have created a Word Document which is formatted as a table. If I upload it to DocuSign eSignature additional lines are created and the top of page two onwards is shifted down.

Did anyone have a similar problem and know how to fix it in Word/DocuSign?

Of course I can export the file as pdf every time before uploading it, but I hope for a general solution.

Yes sometime when uploading word documents you find the fonts and formatting goes a bit off.  If this does happen then the quickest and best solution is save as a PDF then upload the PDF to be signed otherwise you will spend hours trying to format the document to fit!
