I’m a first-time user and I have no idea what to do. I applied for a university and its admissions office sent a document for me to sign using Docusign through my email, but after I click “Review Documents” I don’t know what to do from there. I clicked a link that was sent along with the email on “How to sign a document” and it said that I should click “Continue” on the top right corner beside “Other Actions”, but the problem is instead of “Continue” I can only see “Close” beside it. I thought making an account would help me see the “Continue” button, but it’s still the same despite that. What should I do? It’s been around 3 days since I got my email and I don’t want to miss my chance to get into this university.

Hello @Elival ,

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

When the close option is shown instead of continue it usually means that you were either added as a carbon copy or that you you already signed and it is a copy of the signed documents. I would recommend you reach out to the sender of the document to confirm that you are added as a recipient. There is also the possibility that you were added as both a recipient and a carbon copy, please check your email to confirm if you have any other Docusign notification requesting you to sign: How do I contact the sender of a Docusign document?

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
