Question

Final step for a customer to transmit completed docs-

Forum|alt.badge.img

We occasionally have customers that think, or at least say, that they completed docs but are not received by us.

I presume that the final step is for them to hit a highlighted button that has the word “Finish” on it, but i am not positive.

Could someone verify this and offer any ideas as to how someone could think they completed docs yet either 1) did not hit the correct button to transmit, or 2) why said button might be programmatically disabled?

Many Thanks, most frustrating when it occurs!

Hello @brucemc777

Thank you for reaching out here in the Docusign Community. Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

This is what a signer would see after they filled all the necessary fields on the document.

A signer would also have the option to Finish Later, which can cause the document to not be completed.

Or if they did not click the finish and let the page timeout, it can also cause the document to remain unsigned.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
